Tiles are a beautiful product , I worked for a uk manufacturer over 30 yrs ago and their process and product was fabulous but we only had about 20% loss but then I worked in south America also and their loss was about 75% through cracking as the each tile is fired in a kiln twice. The quality and variety that you can see now is tremendous and showrooms such as this show them off to their best
Yes, Geoff is right in saying that it is important to be able to see what the tiles will look like in place. Tiles represent a large part of the cost of updating a kitchen or bathroom so I want to know I have made the right choice. Especially since I know I will have to live with that choice for quite a few years!
Very interesting, though I thought he would be a lot older! One can see why he is successful – it’s certainly not about making as much money as possible or “ripping people off”. Quite inspiring!
