Gérard Jones joins Graham Jenkinson for a chat about how he’s got to where he is now and working with Arsenal.

Although Gérard has played for clubs as a league level footballer, he finds coaching it a lot more fun! It’s what he prefers to do and so he decided that he would push a career as a professional football coach and became a UEFA Licensed Coach at just 20 years of age.

Gérard has set his ultimate goal at the England Managers job.
