Watch MP4 formatPrinces Avenue running from Spring Bank junction straight down to the round-about towards Newland Avenue has fast become a hub for entertainment night and day. Whether it be PAVE, Lounge, Boars Nest or Dukes for an afternoon meal and drink or on the razzle in the evening, Princes Ave is a night out many people enjoy.

Restaurants are only a stones throw from each other and include many styles and tastes. Asian Kitchen, Thai House, Giant Panda (take away), Fudge, and Rays Place to mention a few that have had a long standing on the Avenue.

A few other businesses types are either away from the main activity or are slotted in between. Accommodation agents, Banks, News Agents, Nurseries, Solicitors, Hollyhocks the Florists and many other businesses.

Going the length of Princes Ave are many other roads running off it which a few include Park Aveune, Vicoria Avenue, Clumber Street, and Belvoir Street.

Buses (115) seem to be quite regular and traffic quite busy which explains the many pelican crossings.

Local park to Princes Ave is Pearson Park which has a childens play area as well as large open grass areas.
