We work with you as you gain an understanding of your relationship with yourself and show you the tools that you can use to gain more of this understanding as you move forward on your weight loss journey.
Firstly, we help you to understand your relationship with your body and how you communicate with it and how it serves you and you serve it.
This leads on to you understanding more about how you communicate with yourself and the stories you tell yourself that are holding back your progress
Then you can understand how your subconscious communicates with your mind and body in order to blindly fulfil your requirements which is not always a positive process.
